670 PLN plus meter charges for cold & hot water and electricity, and laundry tokens in Karolek (154 USD/ 141 EUR).

Single room:
Depending on the floor level, the monthly rental costs are:
670 PLN on 6th floor (154 USD/ 141 EUR)
900 PLN on 1st to 5th floor (207 USD/ 189 EUR)
Bathroom is shared between two single rooms.
MUB also have single rooms with private bathroom which might be available.
