Medicine

Medicine programs at PUMS is an offer for both undergraduate and graduate applicants which leads to a professional degree of Doctor of Medicine. Studies open doors to medical licensing on all continents. PUMS provides excellent education based on experience of working in various health service environments. The University owns 6 clinical hospitals, hospice and state-of-the-art medical simulation center.

Pharmacy

The 6-year PharmD Program is an undergraduate-entry Master of Pharmacy (EU) / Doctor of Pharmacy (US) course. This program leads high school graduates to a professional degree in Pharmacy with great emphasis on clinical applications of pharmaceutical therapy. PUMS is one of the best pharmacy faculties in Poland, which provides solid education and hands-on experience. 

Denistry

The 5-year DDS Program is an undergraduate-entry dental course which leads high school graduates to a professional degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery, Our program opens doors to dental licensing in Europe and anywhere else in the world. PUMS dental hospital includes an outpatient clinic, teaching and research centre, and state-of-the-art dental simulation centre.

Physiotherapy

The 5-year Physiotherapy Program is an undergraduate-entry long-cycle Master’s course which leads high school graduates to a Master of Science degree in physiotherapy. This program opens doors to professional licensing in Europe and around the world. At PUMS medical knowledge is combined with experience to offer a modern approach to physiotherapy.

Tuition fees

Medicine

Tuition fees are 60,500 PLN per annum.

A deposit in the amount of 4,800 PLN is required. 

The acceptance letter will specify the date by which the payment needs to be settled. Please note that the deposit payment is the condition of the enrolment on the students list.

The balance needs to be paid in three instalments (details will be outlined in the acceptance letter).

Dentistry

Tuition fees are 64,720 PLN per annum.

A deposit in the amount of 4,800 PLN is required. 

The acceptance letter will specify the date by which the payment needs to be settled. Please note that the deposit payment is the condition of the enrolment on the students list.

The balance needs to be paid in three instalments (details will be outlined in the acceptance letter).

Pharmacy

Tuition fees are 38,700 PLN per annum.

A deposit in the amount of 4,800 PLN is required.

The balance needs to be paid in three instalments (details will be outlined in the acceptance letter).

Physiotherapy

Tuition fees are 45,340 PLN per annum.

A deposit in the amount of 4,800 PLN is required.

Dormitory costs

Double room:

Depending on the dormitory, the monthly rental costs are:

 

380 PLN in Eskulap

480 PLN in Medyk

500 PLN in Aspirynka

600 PLN plus meter charges for cold & hot water and electricity, and laundry tokens in Karolek.

Dormitory (refundable) deposit: 1500 PLN

Estimated cost of living in Poznań

Living in Poland is relatively affordable compared to other European Union countries. The cost of living for students can start from 2,500 PLN (600 USD) a month.

 

Please remember, that to be able to study in Poland non-EU/EEA students have to possess sufficient funds to cover the living costs for the duration of stay.

Few examples of students' costs of living in Poznan:

Double room in dormitory from 95 USD (monthly),

Monthly rent in a furnished apartment approx. 380 USD depending on the size and area,

Bills & utilities in a private apartment approx. 200 USD (monthly),

WI-FI  monthly 15 USD,

Public transport card (monthly, unlimited) 15 USD,

Combo meal in fast food restaurant 5 USD,

Basic lunchtime menu including a soft drink 8 USD,

Monthly groceries from 150 USD

Monthly gym membership 30 USD.
