Introductory Support Call

Service Description

This short introductory call is available by invitation after submitting the Apply for Support form. The purpose of this call is to briefly understand your situation, clarify what type of support may be most appropriate, and guide you towards the right next step within the Desire2Study support process. Please note that this is an introductory call, not a full advisory consultation, and it does not include personalised university recommendations, application strategy, document review, transfer assessment, tuition fee comparison or detailed comparison of universities. During this call, we may briefly discuss: ✅ your current situation and stage and/or your child's ✅ the type of support you may need ✅ whether Desire2Study may be the right fit ✅ which service or support pathway may be most appropriate Please note: This introductory call is designed to help us understand your situation and recommend the right next step. If you need application strategy, document support or full application guidance, we can briefly discuss your situation during this introductory call and advise whether one of our structured support services would be the most suitable next step.
