Cancellation Policy
All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please use the link in your booking confirmation email and make any changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please join your consultation on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as appointments cannot normally be extended beyond their scheduled time.
